i had it raised for me but i lowered it for transport thats all just diddn't put it back up again.. no racall i took it into the bike shop were i bought it and they told me my bike was fine didn't need to recall it so i don't know.

Well thats what i have it set at, the bike shop were i bought it at said i can get that much travel
